Happy February
I LOVE this month!
The pressure of January is over and the year is in full swing. We have been busy and all I can say is that watching this team of mine level up is one of the greatest joys! This market is extremely robust and navigating it for sellers and especially buyers is so rewarding. Last month we helped a family win a bidding war over 20 other buyers in Manhattan Beach! They couldn’t be happier and neither could we!
Love is definitely in the air and I can feel it both professionally and personally. I saw a TikTok video with Marianne Williamson this week and it hit me deep. She said what if everyone in the world took a few minutes each morning to send sincere love to all the people they would encounter that day. Actually open your heart and point it towards everyone you know you’ll see in the next 24 hours and even those you’re not expecting to run into. Yes please…let’s do it.
